I joined Blueprint Genetics in April 2019 and am currently the Genomic Client Services Team Lead for North America.  I obtained my Bachelor of Science in molecular genetics from the Ohio State University in 2014 and continued into the genetics field at both Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and Johns Hopkins University - Institute of Genetic Medicine before joining the Blueprint team. 

The Genomic Client Services team is the main point of contact for all order inquiries, working closely with our Production Services team, Billing team, Clinical Liaisons, and Genetic Services Consultants.  Our team provides support to all ordering providers in Latin America, Canada, and the United States.   

In my daily work, I service the Eastern territories of the United States answering client inquiries regarding testing, products, and our services.  I also assist with our North American operations to assure everything moves as smoothly as possible for our internal teams and clients alike.
