Mae Dallal

My passion for science and health led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in public health with a minor in health and wellness coaching from Northern Arizona University. Genetics was always of particular interest in my studies, and with most of my prior work experience being in customer service, the Genomic Client Services Specialist role at Blueprint Genetics was the ideal position for me. 

Handling everything from patient questions, to assisting healthcare providers with placing orders, to clarifying requests from the lab, no day is ever the same. The foundation of Blueprint is built upon collaborative work, and that is demonstrated by how closely all the different teams work together on a daily basis. 

There are so many moving pieces that go into producing a quality product and experience for our customers. It is so rewarding to see how our collective efforts positively impact the health and lives of so many.
