Kit Unit Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Trainee to join our Kit Unit team for an approximately three-month period starting December 1st, 2025. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in logistics and operations support within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
About the Role
As a trainee, you will be an important part of our kitting and logistics operations. Your main responsibilities will focus on the practical processing, assembly, and shipping of sample collection kits and kit components, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to quality standards. You will also assist in monitoring stock levels and learn how logistics and production activities contribute to our overall quality objectives.
Key Tasks
- Building sample collection kits and kit components according to specifications
- Assisting in stock level monitoring for kits and raw materials
- Processing kit requests and preparing kits for shipment
What We Expect from You
- Ability to work fully onsite in Keilaniemi, Espoo
- Ability to do physical work such as lifting boxes and reaching up to shelves
- Ability to do repetitive fine motor tasks with hands and simple material prep work like folding paper and cardboard
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- Good communication skills in Finnish and English
- A team-player attitude and willingness to learn
