Blueprint Genetics, a Quest Diagnostics company, is a clinical genetic testing company aspiring to bring genetic knowledge to mainstream healthcare. We are now looking for a highly motivated, social and proactive team player in the heart of our customer service team to fill the position of Client Services Associate. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position in Keilaniemi, Espoo.

We work with hundreds of clinics around the globe, and the quality of our genetic testing has been praised by many of the world’s best medical centres. We are committed to providing clinicians, and their patients, with comprehensive and high-quality tools and resources for diagnostics of genetic conditions. Our Client Services Team has a pivotal role in this quest.
Our global team consists of ~20 energetic customer communication professionals with strong expertise in our genetic testing services. They are the key support for our customers, working in close collaboration with several teams across the organization, including Laboratory, Production, and Clinical Interpretation teams, as well as Marketing and Sales.
Job description
In this fast-paced on-site position, your main responsibilities will be to handle routine back-office tasks and provide high-quality customer support by email and phone in a professional and timely manner. You will answer questions concerning our products, ordering, sample requirements, and clinical statements. You will use your basic knowledge of genetics to support our customers, and your organized approach to work will help you manage and plan your workday efficiently. You pride yourself on being meticulous as your work as a Client Services Associate is very detail oriented.
Your daily work will consist of:
· Communicating with customers via email and phone
· Back- office tasks (mailing, faxing, checking reports)
· Quality control and maintaining records in relevant IT systems.
· Contributing to additional projects as needed
You will be joining our global client services team spread out in Finland, Canada and the United States. This role will report directly to Senior Manager of Global Client Services in Espoo, Finland.
Qualifications
We are looking for a positive team player with the ability to work proactively and independently. We hope you have an interest in Life Sciences, for example through studies, but most importantly you are eager to learn more about our products and services. You have excellent communication skills and can provide high level service in English and in Swedish or Spanish. You excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment, staying focused and productive even amid frequent interruptions, while maintaining motivation through routine communication and back-office tasks. We promise to provide you with the necessary on-the-job training to get you started, and you will have the full support of our experienced Client Services team along the way. Ideal candidate has potential to grow into Client Services Specialist role in the future.
Our ideal team member has:
· A Vocational or Bachelor’s degree preferably in life sciences or relevant field
· Previous experience in customer service is considered an asset.
· Ability to communicate fluently in English and in either Swedish or Spanish.
· Finnish, French or Hebrew language skills are seen as an asset.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
· Positive mindset, hands-on way of working and enthusiasm to learn
· Ability to work fully onsite at our Keilaniemi, Espoo office
