We are now looking for a diligent and proactive Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Keilaniemi, Espoo.

Job description
In this role as a member of the finance team, you will be acting as support to our global sales and business development teams, responsible for the preparation of monthly sales results and analysis to provide visibility to the price and volume drivers of growth. You will also support other teams around the organization to maintain and develop effective reporting to improve decision making and ultimately business results and will be an integral part of the finance team, taking on other duties as assigned to support BpG’s success.
Understanding of data architecture and end-to-end design building and maintenance of power BI reports is a prerequisite.
You will work closely with our local operations and global commercial teams from Australia to Canada and Europe, as well as co-operate with our parent company Quest Diagnostics’ counterparties in the US. Our international presence will require some flexibility with working hours to meet different time zone requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support how our growth strategies are developed in a global, fast-growing life sciences company.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Participating in finance digital development and acting as a super user for Power BI
Support team on growth and margin improvements by working closely with global commercial teams to define and execute sales reporting needs, e.g., monthly review package, top performers
Monthly sales analysis to provide monthly revenue forecasts, visibility on price, volume and country sales performance, identifying the drivers behind the numbers, and support calculations regarding sales incentives
Supporting the Commercial team through the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and subsequent building of the annual revenue and volume budgets
Supporting decisions around business cases, pricing and tender submissions
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate would have:
An applicable university degree in accounting, finance, or another relevant subject
3+ years of relevant working experience, preferably supporting business controlling, finance or commercial functions
Strong Power BI and Excel skills
Power BI design/development experience
Strong financial, analytical and strategic thinking skills, accuracy
Clear and concise communication style
Ambition and motivation for continuous improvement
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, knowledge in Finnish is an advantage.
