We are now looking for a highly motivated, social and proactive team player in the heart of our customer service team to fill the position of Client Services Specialist.

We work with hundreds of clinics around the globe and the quality of our genetic testing has been praised by many of the world’s best medical centres. We are committed to providing clinicians, and their patients, with comprehensive and high-quality tools and resources for diagnostics of genetic conditions. Our Client Services Team has a pivotal role in this quest.
Our global team consists of ~20 energetic customer communication professionals with strong expertise in our genetic testing services. They are the key support for our customers, working in close collaboration with several teams across the organization, including Laboratory, Production, and Clinical Interpretation teams, as well as Marketing and Sales.
Job description
In this position your primary goal is to offer world-class customer support to our clients and ensure that our delivery process runs smoothly. With e-mail and phone as your main work tools, you will answer questions concerning our products, ordering, sample requirements and clinical statements. In addition, your daily work will consist of taking care of order processing, quality control and maintaining records in relevant IT systems. You will use your basic knowledge of genetics to support our customers, and your organised approach to work will help you to manage and plan your workday efficiently.
You will be joining our global client services team spread out in Finland, Canada and the United States. This role will report directly to Client Services Manager in Espoo, Finland. This is a fixed term position until 31st December 2026.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who is passionate about creating a great customer experience. We hope you have an interest in Life Sciences, for example through studies, but most importantly you are eager to learn more about our products and services. You are a true team player with the ability to work proactively, yet independently across teams. You have excellent communication skills and can provide high level service in English. Proficiency in other languages is considered an asset. You excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment, staying focused and productive even amid frequent interruptions, while maintaining motivation through routine back-office tasks. Furthermore, you do not get startled by tricky client queries but instead consider these as opportunities to learn. We promise to provide you with the necessary on-the-job training to get you started and you will have the full support of our experienced Client Services team along the way.
A vocational or bachelor’s degree preferably in Life Sciences or relevant field
1-2 years of experience from a demanding customer service position, and enthusiasm to develop in this area
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Swedish, Finnish, French, Polish or Hebrew language skills are an advantage, and any other language skills are seen as an asset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and results oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Previous work experience from medical or life science environment is an advantage
Ability to work in a hybrid model at our Keilaniemi, Espoo office
