Executive & Office Assistant
Blueprint Genetics, a Quest Diagnostics company, is a clinical genetic testing organization aspiring to bring genetic knowledge to mainstream healthcare, benefiting patients with rare inherited diseases worldwide. Though we are part of a larger global enterprise, BpG maintains a close-knit, small-company culture where every team member’s contribution matters. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is tied to our mission and enjoys being the heart of our local office while connecting and collaborating with our teammates all over the world.
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and energetic Executive Assistant to partner with our Blueprint Genetics (BpG) CEO. In this role, you will support our CEO and the wider Leadership Team through a variety of administrative tasks from travel and event management to meeting arrangements and complex calendar management. You will also provide support with employee communications to help drive and promote a positive employee experience and work environment.
Because we operate in a truly global environment, you will also work seamlessly with our broader international family at Quest Diagnostics. This means you will regularly collaborate and share best practices with other Group EAs, ensuring we work together as one unified team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you navigate across different time zones and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your responsibilities, you will also be the heartbeat of our Espoo office, ensuring everyday life runs smoothly for all BpGians. You coordinate fun events and manage our service providers for office supplies, cleaning, and facilities. And while our team is highly educated and trained in their professions, sometimes navigating coffee cups and dishwashers requires a gentle, guiding hand! Timewise, this office management responsibility doesn’t take up the majority of your day, but it makes a massive impact on our workplace culture.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where plans can change, and ambiguity is just another puzzle to solve. We don't just want someone operating in the background; we want a visible team member who is confident organizing large events, welcoming and hosting visitors, and occasionally speaking in front of an audience or representing the company.
Scheduling and Organizing: You are natural in multi-tasking and can keep all the plates spinning even when it gets busy. Prioritization is your superpower, and you you take joy in keeping everything and everyone aligned and organized to meet the deadlines.
Communication & Tech-Savvy: You communicate fluently with all levels of the organization both in English and Finnish. In addition to emails and intranet posts you can efficiently prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, meeting memos, or Teams newsletters. You are a modern professional who knows how to leverage MSOffice tools and AI to work smarter.
Proactive Problem Solver: You know when things require creative approach and when best practices are the solution. You know where to find information, and you are never afraid to ask questions when you need clarity.
While this role reports directly to the CEO, you will find your day-to-day support and community within our People Ops team. We are looking for a colleague with a great sense of humor, practical common sense, a passion for their profession, and a dedication to high-quality internal customer service.
